I am a prospective student at the University of Illinois Chicago, where I plan to pursue a major in Literature. I earned my associate degree from Harper College, an experience that strengthened both my academic foundation and my love for the written word. Writing has always been a central part of my life, and I particularly enjoy crafting poetry as a way to capture emotions, ideas, and stories. Through my studies, I hope to continue developing my voice as a writer while also exploring the many ways literature connects people and cultures.
