Eligibility Requrements

  • A rising high school senior with at least a 2.5 high school GPA​

  • A resident of Chicago​

  • In the first generation of your family to earn a Bachelor's degree AND/OR live in a household that meets Ad Astra Scholars income eligibility.​

  • A U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Refugee / Asylee.​

  • Interested in applying to a degree program at two/four-year colleges.

  • Less than $40,000

  • 3 people

  • Less than $46,500

  • 4 people

  • Less than $55,500

  • 5 people

  • Less than $65,000

  • 6 people

  • Less than $74,500

  • 7 people

  • Less than $84,000

  • 8 people

  • Less than $93,500

  • > 8 people

  • + $9,500 per extra person
